We (Jonathon Cummings and Sara Kiesler) are conducting a historical study of the ITR program. We would like to ask you some questions about your ITR project (or, one of them, if you had more than one).
Confidentiality Your responses are confidential and will not be shared with anyone. In addition, your responses will be stored in a password-protected database separate from your name in order to ensure the privacy of the information you provide.
Your response to this survey will be extremely valuable for assessing the ITR program, and for providing feedback to NSF on the results of this program. All results will be reported back to NSF in aggregate, which means that your responses will not be identifiable to anyone other than the research team without your consent.
The NSF made very significant investments in the ITR program. This assessment will give feedback to NSF on that program and will help NSF plan new large initiatives in the future. It is a chance for PIs to give the NSF feedback. NSF is sponsoring this assessment of the ITR program, but the study is independent of NSF. Your participation in this assessment is voluntary and you are free to choose whether to participate or not. |
